Customer-supplied garments: compatibility and condition must be approved before work begins. Embroidery and heat application carry some risk of damage, particularly on unfamiliar fabrics; any applicable responsibility and replacement terms will be discussed before approval. No blank apparel is offered for retail sale.

Color previews are illustrations, not exact supplier colors. Available colors vary by brand and style and will be confirmed with your quote.

Choosing a logo color automatically enables the one-color preview. It works best with transparent PNG logos. JPG backgrounds may also change color.

How orders work: Submit a quote request first. We will confirm the garment style, available colors, decoration method, pricing, and estimated turnaround. Your request is not a purchase or confirmed order. All custom orders require 100% payment upfront after your quote is approved and before we order garments, materials, or begin production. We will send a payment invoice after confirming the final price, artwork, availability, and estimated turnaround. Preorder items also require full payment at checkout when those collections open.

Apparel quotes are based on standard S&S Activewear blank styles unless you request an upgraded or specific brand/style. Premium garment upgrades may affect pricing. Photo-style previews are representative, not exact supplier product photos; we confirm the garment and available colors before production. TahoeBay foam and neoprene are separate choices. The garment photo stays fixed while you select your requested color using the swatches; actual supplier colors may differ. Colors are illustrative; available blank colors and decoration methods depend on the product. Your mockup stays on your device. Save the preview if you want to keep it. The quote button copies your design details and opens our Wix quote form; paste the details into the form. Your Design Studio logo is a preview only. Attach your original logo and optional saved preview using the artwork upload field in the quote form.
